Who we are
This website is operated by Sun Data Processing Pvt. Ltd., Bhanji Udyog Nagar, Penkar Pada Lane, Opp. Thakur Mall, Nr. Dahisar Check Naka, Post Mira, Dist. Thane 401107, Maharashtra, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company.

What you give us, and why
We only ask for what we need to answer you. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account.

Fields marked optional really are optional. GST number, company and delivery city only speed up a quotation; leave them blank and we will still reply.
What we record automatically
When you submit any form on this site we also store, alongside your message:
- the page you submitted it from,
- your IP address,
- your browser's user agent string,
- the date and time.
We keep these to tell genuine enquiries apart from automated spam, and to see which pages generate questions. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies and third-party services
This site sets a session cookie that keeps your form submission secure, and a cookie that remembers your consent choices. Beyond that, these third-party services run on the site and set their own cookies or receive your IP address:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though Google Maps and reCAPTCHA may not.
Who sees your information
Enquiries go to our head office team and are stored in the website's own administration area, which only our staff can reach. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
It is handled by the service providers named above, by our email provider, and by the company that hosts this website, in each case only so that they can provide that service to us. Where a supplier or manufacturer has to be involved to answer a technical question, we ask you first.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quotations are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up a repeat enquiry where it left off.
- Job applications and CVs are kept for the recruitment for which they were sent. Tell us if you would rather we did not keep yours on file.
- Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by emailing us.
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete what we hold, unless we are required to keep it.
Email ho@sundata.in from the address you used, or tell us enough to find your record, and we will respond.
Keeping it safe
Enquiries are stored in the website's database behind a password-protected administration area. Files you attach to a quote request are stored outside the public web folder, so they cannot be reached by guessing a web address. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a manufacturer, a certification body or a social network, that site has its own privacy policy. This one covers only what happens on our website.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date at the top. This policy was last updated on 5 September 2026.
