About the Epson ColorWorks C6050A

The Epson ColorWorks C6050A is a 4-inch (101.6 mm) colour on-demand label printer with a built-in auto-cutter that cuts each label individually or in batches. Its PrecisionCore TFP printhead and variable droplet size print at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi, at up to 119 mm per second, with spot colour matching for brand colours.

Its UltraChrome DL pigment inks meet BS 5609 for GHS-compliant chemical drum labels. It takes roll and fanfold media on matte, synthetic, glossy and high-gloss stock, connects over USB and Gigabit Ethernet, and works with SAP and legacy systems through ZPL II commands, so it can replace a monochrome printer without changing the host system.
