The Banner iVu and iVu Color image sensors monitor parts for type, size, orientation, shape, location, and colour or colour variation. Camera, controller, lens and light come in one compact package, and the sensor is set up and monitored on its integrated touchscreen, on a remote touchscreen for hard-to-reach mounting, or from a PC with Banner's Vision Manager software.
Greyscale and colour tools inspect several points at once for applications such as item detection, matching, part positioning and colour verification. The rugged IP67 housing comes with integrated ring lights in red, blue, green, white, infrared or UV, lenses are interchangeable including C-mount, and EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP, PROFINET, PCCC and RS-232 connect it to the factory floor.
