Role Description

Sun Data Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in Pune, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with 7–8 years of experience in B2B sales and business development. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading key client accounts, mentoring the sales team, and contributing to the company's overall sales strategy.

Qualifications/Requisites

• 7–8 years of experience in Institutional, Corporate, or B2B sales.
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
• Candidates from Automobile Sales or Financial Services backgrounds may also apply.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of sales planning, customer relationship management, and market development.
• Experience in the printing, barcode, or automation industry will be an added advantage.
• Graduate with good knowledge of MS Office.
• Must own a two-wheeler for client visits.
