About the Unitech MS852+ ESD (2D)

The Unitech MS852+ ESD is a megapixel 2D imager made for cleanrooms and static-safe manufacturing areas. The antistatic agent is mixed into the plastic of the scanner and its cable, rather than coated on, so the protection does not wear off with cleaning. Body and cable stay within 10⁵ ~ 10⁹ ohms per square, with no chlorine content.

It reads 1D and 2D barcodes on labels and screens, damaged or poorly printed codes, OCR, DotCode and Digimarc. It is rated IP42, tested for 2.1 m drops to concrete and has a trigger rated for 10 million presses.
